All rental rates are per day unless stated otherwise.
Delivery, setup, breakdown, taxes, and additional services are not included unless specifically noted.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Customer is responsible for providing clear and accessible setup areas at the scheduled delivery time.
Rental items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Severe weather or unsafe conditions may impact delivery, setup, or timing for safety reasons.
Tent setup surface (grass or hard surface) must be confirmed in advance.
Hard-surface installations require appropriate anchoring (such as sandbags) and must be requested ahead of time.
Customer is responsible for identifying underground utilities, irrigation systems, or obstructions prior to installation.
Tent Compliance Notice: Some tents are not fire-retardant. Customers are responsible for verifying venue, HOA, or fire code requirements prior to booking.
Adequate space must be available for safe tent setup and anchoring.
We reserve the right to modify or refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Tents are intended for shade and light weather conditions only and should not be used during severe weather events. Renter is solely responsible for monitoring weather conditions during the rental period and should exercise caution if winds are above 10 mph. Discontinue use if winds exceed 12 - 15 mph or gusts exceed 15 mph.
