Important Rental Information

• All rental rates are per day unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery, setup, breakdown, taxes, and additional services are not included unless specifically noted.

• Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

• Customer is responsible for providing clear and accessible setup areas at the scheduled delivery time.

• Rental items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

• Severe weather or unsafe conditions may impact delivery, setup, or timing for safety reasons.

• All accessory rentals are intended for indoor use only unless otherwise specified. The renter is responsible for protecting all rented accessories from weather, moisture, excessive heat, wind, and any other conditions that may cause damage. Any accessory that is damaged due to improper use, negligence, exposure to the elements, or other avoidable conditions will be the responsibility of the renter. If an accessory is damaged beyond repair or requires replacement, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of a new equivalent item.
